Do Linkryse links have click limits?
One of the most common questions we get is: “What happens if I send too much traffic to my link?”
The Short Answer: No.
Linkryse does not place any hard limits on the number of clicks your links can receive. We do not charge “overage fees” for bandwidth, and we will never disable a link just because it became popular.
Creation Limits vs. Traffic Limits
It is important to understand the difference between creating links and receiving traffic.
1. Link Creation (Capped)
Your plan determines how many new links you can create each month.
- Starter: 25 new links / month
- Hobby: 500 new links / month
- Pro: 2,500 new links / month
2. Link Traffic (Unlimited)
Once a link is created, it can be clicked unlimited times.
Whether you send 100 visitors or 1,000,000 visitors to that link, it will continue to work instantly. We do not charge you extra for high traffic.
What about Analytics?
While the traffic is unlimited, the amount of detailed data we store for that traffic depends on your plan.
We use a system called the Viral Spike Threshold. If a single link receives more clicks than your plan allows for detailed logging (e.g., over 2,500 clicks/month on the Hobby plan), we continue to redirect users instantly, but we stop recording detailed analytics (like City or Device type) for those excess clicks to save server space.
Crucially, this limit resets every month. If you hit the cap in January, your detailed analytics will automatically turn back on in February.
Your “Total Clicks” counter will always remain accurate, counting every single visitor, even if they exceed the analytics threshold.
